This guide covers how to execute Payout payments through the Dashboard, including creating individual and mass payments, understanding filters, exporting files, accessing payment proofs, and managing credit/debit notes.

Payment List

The Payment List tab gives you access to all Payout transactions you have created. You can view, filter, and manage payments from this central location.

How to access

Go to Payout > Payment List in the Dashboard.

Understanding Payout Filters

Filters help you find specific payments quickly. Available filter options include:

💡 You can also create and save custom filters for recurring searches.

How to create Payouts above R$ 15,000 (TED)

For amounts above R$ 15,000, we recommend using TED (bank transfer) instead of PIX due to bank limits.

Steps for large Payouts (TED)

  1. Go to Payout > Payment List
  2. Click “Create Payment”
  3. Select TED as the payment method
  4. Enter beneficiary bank details:
    • Bank code
    • Bank branch
    • Account number and digit
    • Account type (Checking C or Savings S)
  5. Enter the amount (no upper limit, subject to contract)
  6. Confirm and submit
⚠️ Important: TED payments are processed only during banking hours (business days, typically 10:00–16:00 BRT). Payments submitted after cut-off are processed on the next business day.

Payment Proof

After a Payout is successfully processed, you can download a payment proof (comprovante) for each transaction.

How to access payment proof

  1. Go to Payout > Payment List
  2. Find the transaction (use filters if needed)
  3. Click the view icon (eye) to open payment details
  4. Click the download icon to get the payment proof
💡 Payment proofs are available for both PIX and TED transactions.

Downloading files from the Payment List

You can export payment data in bulk for reconciliation or reporting.

How to export

  1. Apply the desired filters to select which payments you want to export
  2. Click the download icon
  3. Choose:
    • “Export” – for the general list of payments
    • “Export split” – for transactions from sub-wallets (if applicable)
📁 Limit: The export functionality is limited to 80,000 records per file.

Credit and Debit Notes (Payout)

Credit and debit notes are adjustment transactions that may appear in your Payout statement.

💡 Each note includes a description field explaining the reason for the adjustment. You can view notes in the Payout Statement or Unified Statement.

Payout Statuses
