When you perform a refund of a Payin transaction, you can access the refund receipt directly in our dashboard.
To access the refund receipt, go to the Payin Menu > Payin List:
In the Payin list, you can use the filter option to search for the transaction for which the refund was made. In the "Refund" field, choose between Partial Refund or Full Refund to filter the rejected transactions that have been refunded.
If you are looking for the refund receipt of a transaction that has the status PAID or CREDITED, simply search directly by the invoice number, WE ID, or customer's CPF to find the transaction.
After finding the transaction in the Billing List, click on the "view" option at the right side of the screen (eye icon).
A new screen will open containing the transaction information, and at the bottom of the page, you will find the refund history.
On the right side of the refund information, you will see the download icon for the refund receipt.
For this icon to appear, it's important that the status of the refund is marked as Paid.
If the refund status is Error, you should consult our support team to understand what might have happened with the refund before attempting to process the refund again.
