When you select the filters option in the list of dunning notices, you will see the following filter options available.
Created on: Enter a date to search for dunning notices created on a certain date or check the Select a period option if you want to search for dunning notices created within a specific period.
Updated on: Enter a date to search for updated dunning notices (which have changed status) on a certain date or check the Select a period option if you want to search for updated dunning notices within a specific period.
Invoice: you can search for one or more charges by entering invoices in this field. To enter more than one invoice, enter the data separated by a space.
If you have invoices that start with a certain value (default), you can select the "starts with" option next to the invoice filter, to search for a list of charges that have the same beginning in the invoices. If this is not your case, you can use the standard "equals" option, in which case you need to enter the full invoice number.
WE ID: This field refers to the transaction identification number generated by WEpayments. Each transaction that your company sends with an invoice number created by your company generates an internal WEpayments identification number, the WE ID.
Generally, this filter field is used by the WE team to locate transactions, but if you have this number, you can also use this filter.
Recurrence ID: If you have the "Recurrence" product contracted, you can use this field to search for the charges generated for each recurrence.
ID End to End: When your customer makes a payment via PIX, the bank generates an End to End code that is available on the payment receipt. You can use this code to search for the payment in question via this field.
Charge: In this field you can select whether the charge you are looking for is "Recurring" or "One-off".
Due on: Use this field to search for transactions due on a certain date.
Paid on: Use this field to search for transactions by payment date.
Amount (R$): Search for transactions by the amount in reais.
Merchant: If you have more than one company registered in the system, you can use this field to filter transactions for a specific company.
Status: Search for transactions by a specific status. The available statuses are: Created, Canceled, Paid, Credited, Write-off Requested, Rejected, Awaiting Approval, Confirmed, Partial Credit. Learn more about these statuses here (insert link to article on statuses).
Cancellation Reason: Search for transactions by the reason they were canceled, either by the processor or at your company's request.
Type: select the billing method, whether "Boleto", "Cartão de Crédito" or "PIX".
Payment Type: Credit Card only. Select cash or installment transactions.
Refund: Search for transactions that have been partially or fully refunded.
Hash: This is a code generated for every transaction. You receive this code via the API or you can view it on your dashboard.
Name: Search for transactions by the name of the payer, your end customer/consumer.
Document: Search for transactions by the CPF or CNPJ of the payer
E-mail: Search for transactions by the e-mail address of the payer, your end customer/consumer.
Bank ID: If the charge is a boleto this value refers to 'Our Number', if it is a Pix it is WEpayments' internal ID.
