Our Payin product provides the following statuses for each transaction generated.
Created: Status indicating that a charge has been created (by API or by Dashboard) and is awaiting payment to move on to the next status.
Canceled: Status indicating that the charge has been canceled. A charge can be canceled due to non-payment (after the due date) or at the customer's request.
Paid: Status indicating that payment has been made. It does not yet indicate confirmation of the credit in WEpayments.
Credited: Status indicating that the payment has been received and actually credited to your WEpayments wallet. The amount of this charge will be available for withdrawal.
Write-off Requested: Status that indicates the request to cancel a boleto. Once canceled, the status will be changed to Canceled.
Rejected: Status indicating that payment of the charge has been rejected. The reasons for this may include differing information between the buyer and the payer or an irregular document from the payer. In these cases, the chargeback is carried out automatically.
Awaiting Approval: Status exclusively for credit card payments, indicating that the transaction is still pending approval from the acquirer.
Confirmed: Status exclusively for credit card payments, which indicates that the transaction payment has been confirmed. The next status would be the final status of "credited".
Partial Credit: Exclusive status for credit card payments made in installments. It represents the partial crediting of paid installments.
