If you do not want to use the filters suggested by period, you can select other filter options by clicking on the filter icon on the right side of the screen:
If you need another type of filter, you can still create and save a filter parameter according to your needs. Just click on “Create new custom filter” as shown in the image below.
The available filter options are as follows:
Created on: Enter a date to search for payments created on a specific date or select the option "Select a period" if you wish to search for payments created within a specific period.
Updated on: Enter a date to search for payments that were updated (changed status) on a specific date or select the option "Select a period" if you wish to search for payments updated within a specific period.
Invoice: You can search for one or multiple payments by entering the invoices in this field. To enter more than one invoice, input the data separated by space.
If you have invoices that start with a certain value (default), you can select the "starts with" option next to the invoice filter to search for a list of payments that have the same beginning in the invoices. If this doesn't apply to you, you can use the default option "is equal to", in which case you need to provide the complete invoice number.
WE ID: This field refers to the transaction identification number generated by WEpayments. Each transaction your company sends with an invoice number created by your company generates an internal identification number from WEpayments, the WE ID. This filter field is typically used by the WE team to locate transactions, but if you have this number, you can also use this filter.
Beneficiary: Search for a payment using the first name or full name of the final beneficiary.
Beneficiary Document: Search for payments by the CPF or CNPJ of the final beneficiary. This field only allows numbers, no spaces or special characters.
Amount (BRL): Search for one or more transactions by the amount paid in BRL. (This filter does not apply to amounts in foreign currency).
Sender's Country: This filter applies only to companies in the remittance industry that have remittance transfers to Brazil from various different countries.
Payment Type: Search for payments made via PIX or Bank Transfer.
Merchant: If you have more than one company registered in our dashboard, you can filter payments by the name of the company you want to view transactions for.
Status: You can search for transactions by the status you desire, such as all payments with a "paid" status from today's date.
Correctable: If you use WE's payment correction feature, you can filter canceled payments that are eligible for bank data correction. Simply select "True" in this field to locate these payments.
Batch ID: When you upload a payment spreadsheet through the dashboard, our system generates a batch ID number that can be found in the Batch Payment List option.
Batch Name: Batch Name is the name of the file you save to upload payments via spreadsheet.
