When can a charge be canceled?
A charge can be automatically canceled after its due date if no payment is received, or you can request cancellation directly through our dashboard or via API.
To cancel a charge through the dashboard, simply select the transaction from the list of charges and click on the pencil icon in the "actions" column.
Then, click in Cancel payment
You can only cancel transactions in the status “created”
Is there a cancellation fee for payin?
For charges made via Pix and Credit Card, WEpayments does not charge any fees for canceled transactions. Fees are only applied to paid/credited transactions.
However, for charges via boleto (bank slip), there may be a fee applied for canceled transactions depending on the agreement signed with WEpayments.
