What are these restrictive lists?
Restrictive lists are databases and documents about people and companies that have been involved, in some way, with illicit activities and crimes, such as:
- money laundering,
- financing of terrorism,
- slave-like labor, and
- environmental crimes, among others.
The purpose behind these lists is precisely to facilitate the identification of individuals and legal entities that may pose risks to the company's business.
It is important to emphasize that the data and documents present in the restrictive lists are public, and access to them is free and guaranteed to anyone who is interested in consulting them.
