Data collection by WEpayments can operate through two similar flows:
- PIX Payment or Bank Transfer + Data Collection:
In this flow, an attempt is first made to make a payment via PIX using the CPF number as the PIX key or payment by bank details previously provided by your company. If the payment attempt fails for any reason, the data collection flow is initiated by sending an email to the beneficiary requesting the completion of bank details in a form.
- Data Collection + PIX Payment or Bank Transfer:
This flow starts directly with data collection, following these steps:
- Sending the first email.
- Sending the second email in case of no response to the first email within 5 days.
- Sending the first SMS 5 days after the second email is sent if there is no response.
- Sending the second SMS the next day.
- Sending the third SMS the following day.
- Recorded phone call.
If there is no response from the beneficiary to any of the contact attempts within a maximum of 30 days, the transaction is canceled. After cancellation, your company will need to restart the data collection request process.
