Our Data Collection product was developed for companies that need to pay their beneficiaries but do not have their bank details to make the payment.
With this solution, you can collect your customers' data through a process that uses email or phone to contact the beneficiary, requesting bank details through a secure link from our platform.
Before requesting bank details, you can also choose to make a payment attempt via PIX using the beneficiary's CPF. If this payment is not completed, the data collection flow is activated automatically.
You can choose between two flows with the Data Collection solution:
- Collect data without making direct payment (direct_payment): Use this flow when you do not have any bank details of the beneficiary or if the data you have is not reliable. To select this option, enter "NO" in the "direct_payment" field.
- Collect data with direct payment (direct_payment): Use this flow when you have bank details of your beneficiary. However, if the payment is rejected for any reason, the data collection flow will start automatically.
