In the side menu, see the Preferences option. Clicking on this will open 4 sub-tabs that will help you view and create new users linked to your account.
General Settings
Here you can view and edit your basic access information, such as name, e-mail address and language.
Under behavior you can change the layout of your dashboard, making it fluid or not. This option, when enabled, allows more information to be displayed on screen.
Still in General Settings, you can view the ROLES assigned to your account, viewing the list of permissions you have access to. Identify whether your user can view or edit information.
Moderator - main permission to create new users and edit access.
View - view permission only.
Write - edit permission - allows you to create payments and charges or edit some information.
- How are these roles added to my user?
Roles are assigned to your user when they are created by our integration team. When you start the integration process with WEpayments, our team will provide you with access through our communication channels.
If you have the Moderator role, you can create new users.
Important: a user, even with a moderator role, does not have permission to change their own roles, it is necessary to ask another moderator profile for this change.
- How many users can I create for my company account?
There is no limit to the number of users you can create, but we recommend that you only create users who need access to the dashboard to create or view payments.
WEpayments is not responsible for accesses created by company moderators.
You can delete an access whenever necessary.
