Bank Transfer Deposit
- Access your bank's internet banking or mobile app and initiate a TED transfer to WEpayments.
02) Access the WEpayments Dashboard to inform our system about the transaction made.
03) In the left sidebar menu, look for "Payments -> Deposits."
04) Click on the button to create a new deposit.
Fill in the requested fields on the screen:
Merchant: Your company's name;
Type: Choose between your Payout or Fee wallet;
Currency: Inform the currency of the deposit (BRL, USD, EUR);
Sender's Name: Your name;
Amount: The amount of the deposit made at the bank;
Date: Inform the date the deposit was made at the bank;
Notes: Additional information for our Operations team;
Select a File: Upload the bank deposit receipt.
06) Click on Create Deposit.
Once you have completed this step-by-step process, your deposit will be created in our system and will show the status as CREATED. Next, our operations team will CONFIRM AND CREDIT this deposit to your wallet. The maximum estimated time for this confirmation is 2 hours. Check the status of your deposit through your deposit list.
PIX Deposit
Depositing via PIX follows a different and simpler step-by-step process compared to the TED deposit process. PIX enables greater system integration, and the processes in this flow are more easily automated, greatly improving usability. Check below the step-by-step guide to make a deposit via PIX.
In the Dashboard, under the "Deposit" menu:
- Create a new deposit;
- Choose Deposit via PIX;
- Open your Bank's App and Scan the QR Code;
- In your bank's app, enter the deposit amount and confirm.
IMPORTANT: Deposits into the WEpayments account must be made from the registered company's bank account (the same entity listed in the Contract). Funds cannot be sent from other entities not included in the agreement between WEpayments and the client. If this occurs, the funds will be immediately returned to the source account, and the client will be notified.
