Created on: Enter a date to search for transactions created on a certain date or check the Select a period option to search for transactions created within a specific period.
Updated on: Enter a date to search for transactions that were updated (changed status) on a certain date or check the Select a period option if you want to search for transactions updated within a specific period.
Invoice: you can search for one or several qualifications by entering the invoices in this field. To enter more than one invoice, enter the data separated by a space.
If you have invoices that start with a certain amount (default), you can select the "starts with" option next to the invoice filter to search for a list of payments that have the same start in the invoices. If this is not your case, you can use the standard "equals" option, in which case you need to enter the full invoice number.
WE ID: This field refers to the transaction identification number generated by WEpayments. Each transaction that your company sends with an invoice number created by your company generates an internal WEpayments identification number, the WE ID. Generally, this filter field is used by the WE team to locate transactions, but if you have this number, you can also use this filter.
Document: Search for the qualifications sent by the CPF or CNPJ of the final beneficiary.
Data Qualification Service: Search for transactions according to the service chosen: 1-phase qualification, 2-phase qualification or 3-phase qualification. To find out more about the qualification phases, see the article on Data Qualification here.
Merchant:If you have more than one company registered on our dashboard, you can filter the payments by the name of the company you want to view the transactions for.
Status: You can search for transactions by the status you want, e.g. all qualifications with Valid Data status as of today.
