What happens if my beneficiary returns the payment I made to them?
When WEpayments identifies that a beneficiary has returned a payment to our account, our operations team credits your graphical account at WE so that you can resend the payment to the beneficiary if you prefer. You can check these returns in the credit and debit notes menu on our dashboard.
Can I schedule a payment to be made recurrently?
No, WE payout solution does not offer the option for automatic recurring payments. If you need to send payments to the same beneficiary on a recurring basis, you will need to manually initiate the payment through our dashboard or via API, always providing the necessary payment details.
Additionally, we do not offer payment scheduling. The date you initiate the payment is the date the payment will be processed.
