When downloading the sample spreadsheet, you will need to fill in the following fields. One row for each bank account you need to validate.
Qualification Batch: You need to enter a unique control code here for a set of data qualification invoices to be sent. This code can be repeated in the same file but never in new files. This is the code you will see in the batch list in the view of qualifications grouped by batch.
Invoice: This column should contain an alphanumeric code of up to 45 characters that will serve for our system to identify each transaction line as a unique qualification. You have the freedom to choose this invoice code as it best fits into your routine. The only point of attention is that our system will only recognize one invoice code per qualification line and will block transactions that have repeated invoice codes.
Beneficiary Name: Provide the name of the account holder to be validated.
CPF / CNPJ: This column is the second identification column of the beneficiary. Note that payments can be addressed to both individuals and legal entities. Fill in only the numbers, without periods or dashes. Don't forget to indicate leading zeros when present. The CPF must contain 11 digits and the CNPJ 14 digits. Pay attention to this filling and make sure the cell formatting is set to TEXT.
Bank Code: Here you need to provide the bank code of the beneficiary. All Brazilian banks have a 3-digit code that identifies them.
Bank Branch: In this column, you need to provide the beneficiary's agency code.
Bank Branch Digit: Some banks have an additional character in the agency number that is considered the branch's verification digit. This field is not mandatory, as not all banks have this digit.
Bank Account: Complete the information with the beneficiary's bank account code.
Account Digit: It is the last piece of information that makes up the beneficiary's bank data. It consists of only one digit, and in some banks, it is indicated after the hyphen. For example: 20308-1. In other banks, there is no such division of information between bank account and digit. For example: 203081.
Account Type: This is an important piece of information that contributes to the validation of the bank account. There are two types of accounts:
- Checking Account (indicated by the code C)
- Savings Account (indicated by the code S)
Attention, some beneficiary banks may use different nomenclatures to identify the types of accounts. If your beneficiary informs you that they have a Salary Account or Payment Account, classify them as CHECKING ACCOUNT (C).
Description: The information in this column will be visible on the beneficiary's bank account transaction statement. Use it to describe the reason for validation or for any other type of information. It is a textual information of up to 45 characters.
