On the "Withdrawals" screen you can request a new withdrawal whenever you wish, transfer your Payin balance to your Payout account and view information about withdrawals you have already made.
How to create a withdrawal
Go to the Withdrawals screen in the top left menu of the dashboard.
Click on "Create Withdrawal" and fill in the information on the screen that appears.
Understanding the fields to create a withdrawal:
Merchant: Selecione o nome da sua empresa cadastrada
Recipient: if you have sub-wallets registered, select the name of the sub-wallet you wish to withdraw to. If you don't have any sub-wallets, this field is not required.
Withdrawal information: Balances
Total balance - the total balance of the wallet which concentrates all the amounts of charges that have already been credited and also charges that have been paid but have not yet reached the final status of credited.
Available balance - the balance that is actually available for withdrawal.
Amount: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, taking into account the amount of the Available Balance.
Transfer Balance
If you have contracted both the Payout and Payin solutions, you can request that the balance you receive in your Payin account be transferred to your Payout account, so that you can make your payments without having to send a new deposit via your bank account.
To transfer the balance, go to the Payin menu > Withdrawals > Transfer Balance

Understanding the fields:
Merchant: Name of your company that is registered with WE
Total balance -
"Total balance - the total balance of the wallet containing all the amounts from charges that have already been credited and also from charges that have been paid but have not yet reached the final credited status.
Available balance - the balance that is actually available for withdrawal.
Wallet to receive the balance - Select whether you will transfer the balance to cover the Payouts wallet or the Fees wallet.
Amount: Enter the amount in R$ that you will transfer
Note: The withdrawal will always be made to the bank account previously registered at the start of your transaction with WEpayments. If you need to change your main bank account for withdrawals, please contact our customer service team.

It is not possible to change sub-portfolio data directly from the WE panel.
